Indi By Kishu Baby
What is Indi By Kishu Baby?
Indi By Kishu Baby is our organic Fairtrade and GOTS Certified line extension that is beautifully and ethically made in India and sold on kishubaby.com, Amazon and Faire (for wholesale accounts).
What does GOTS Certified mean?
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a textile production certification that limits the use of toxic bleaches, dyes and other chemical inputs during the production process of textiles. It is internationally recognized as the toughest organic textile standard because it goes far beyond verifying the organic farming process to include every step of manufacturing.
What is your GOTS Certfication Number?
Our GOTS Scope Certificate Number is 193714 and we can be found here in the GOTS database. We are certified by Ecocert Greenlife SAS.
What does Fairtrade mean?
All of our cotton is Fairtrade certified, traded, audited and sourced from Fairtrade producers. Fairtrade means fairer trading conditions and opportunities for cotton producers in developing countries to invest in their businesses and communities for a sustainable future. Visit www.info.fairtrade.net to learn more.
What is your Fairtrade ID?
We are certfied by Fairtrade America. Our Kishu Baby FLO ID is 44171.
Product Specific
Where are your products made?
All of our Kishu Baby products are made in our Fairtrade Certified Factory in Southern India.
Are your products machine washable?
Yes! All of our products are machine washable. They are also Sanforized (pre-shrunk) and Mercerized (to reduce fading). Having said that, our products will continue to shrink 2-5% over many washes and will fade over time.
Can I use your bibs for feeding time?
Our organic baby bibs are designed primarily as dribble bibs for teething babies, offering soft, absorbent protection throughout the day. While they can be used during mealtime, keep in mind that muslin fabric is not stain-resistant like some synthetic bibs. If you're looking for an eco-friendly alternative, our bibs will help catch small spills, and they double as a wipe cloth or burp cloth when needed. However, for messier meals, you may prefer a bib specifically designed for feeding.
Are there any safety precautions for your products?
Yes. As a safety precaution, always remove bib before bedtime or nap time. Do not leave child unattended while using bib.
Returns
How do I go about returning an item?
We accept most returns but please read our Return Policy first to see which items we accept and which ones we don't.
